Teenagers Cannot Survive Without Internet

Can you survive without internet? No matter what your answer is, it is obvious that teenagers nowadays cannot survive without it. Internet is actually a large interconnected network of computers. Teenagers will probably become crazy if the internet connection breaks down for a single day due to lack of communication, information and entertainment.

Firstly, teenagers indulge in internet because of its communication function. Internet creates a world without boundary. It breaks the boundary between nation, races and communities. With the invention of social networking such as Facebook and Twitter, teenagers enjoy updating their daily status and keep contact with their friends through these websites for free. It is a temptation to teenagers who love socializing and have not worked yet. Therefore teenagers cannot live without internet.

Besides, teenagers now are too dependent on the information in the internet. Whenever they have to complete their assignments or reports, they will browse the net to extract information from it. The existent of search engine such as google even makes the information more accessible. Without net, teenagers have to open the thick and heavy books just to search for a single word. This will affect the progress of their assignments and reports. Thus it is clear that youngsters cannot survive without net.

Moreover, entertainment in the internet seems to be a crucial part of every teenager now. They enjoy online games, social network and blogging. Their entertainments are no longer to be focused on sports, reading, collecting stamp and so on. Staying in front of the computer and browsing the net for entertainment for hours is a daily routine for some teenagers. It is a part of their lives. Through internet, they relieve themselves from pressure and tension. Without net, sure they will be bored and frustrated owing to losing their means of entertainment. Hence, youth need internet to survive.

Last but not least, teenagers nowadays depend on internet because of its role in communication, information and entertainment. It maybe seems ridiculous for some people but we cannot deny that not only teenagers but also everyone who has a computer cannot survive without internet.
